DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Manufacture bags for your brand through our leather goods production facilities. Start with your own design or a suitable catalogue style, then agree materials, construction and branding before sample approval and production.

OEM · Your design, clearly specified
OEM means producing to an agreed client design and specification. Share your technical pack, drawing or reference sample so we can review materials, dimensions, construction and branding.
Practical development support
Refine the product details before production: intended use, dimensions, compartments and material choices. Agree feasibility and specifications, then review the sample.
Private label · Your brand on an agreed style
Private label means adapting a suitable catalogue style with your branding. Every catalogue style can be developed in genuine leather or PU. Images are design references; final specifications are agreed for each project.
PU · MOQ 100 pieces
Agree texture, colour, thickness, backing and lining during development. PU does not by itself establish that a material or the entire bag is vegan; any such claim requires verification.
Genuine leather · MOQ 50 pieces
Choose the leather type, finish, colour and thickness during development. Confirm material availability and the final specification for your project.
Shape & function
Agree dimensions, compartments, pockets and closures to suit the bag’s intended use.
Materials & finish
Choose genuine leather or PU, then agree colour, lining, edge finish and construction. Material availability is confirmed during review.
Branding & hardware
Specify straps, zippers, fittings and logo placement. The logo application method is subject to material and sample feasibility.
Presentation & order scope
Agree branded labels and packaging, quantity per style and colour, destination and target delivery as part of the quotation.

01 · Brief and feasibility review
Send your product reference or design brief, preferred material and estimated quantity. We review the requirements, material availability and feasibility.
02 · Quotation and specifications
Agree a project-specific quotation and specifications covering materials, dimensions, construction, branding and order scope.
03 · Develop and approve the sample
Review the sample and confirm agreed changes before authorising production. Sample cost and timing depend on the project.
04 · Production and quality review
Review production and quality against the approved sample. The production schedule is confirmed after specifications and sample approval; no fixed lead time is assumed.
